The DHS Substance Use Prevention Club will highlight Red Ribbon Week. This event, the week of Oct. 27th,  is an annual substance use prevention campaign. Red Ribbon Week began in 1985 as a tribute to DEA agent Enrique “Kiki” Camarena, who was killed in the line of duty.
