Ms. Jebril is proud to serve as the principal of DHS, a role she has held for the past five years. Before joining the team at DHS, Ms. Jebril served as principal of O.L. Smith for four years. With over a decade of leadership experience, she remains deeply committed to supporting our students, staff, and families, and takes great pride in serving our community every day.
Ms. Jebril and her three sons are proud products of Dearborn Public Schools, and now her grandchildren attend Dearborn schools as well. She has a strong personal connection to the district, and feels that it is an honor to give back to the district that has played such a meaningful role in her life and the lives of her family members.
While she is passionate about education and school leadership, her favorite role by far is being a gramma or Tata – as her favorite people call her — a title she cherishes most.

Ms. Ball has been part of Dearborn High School for the last 4 years. She has been a special ed teacher for both middle and high school and is passionate about creating a positive and engaging learning environment for all students.
Hussein Beydoun
Assistant Principal (B-G)

Mr. Beydoun is in his 3rd year as an Assistant Principal at DHS. He has spent 13 years in the district overall. He previously taught HS social studies and coached both girls and boys soccer. He’s a big fan of soccer (Arsenal) and a bigger fan of french fries.
David Holly

Mr. Holly is the Director of Athletics at Dearborn High School. Before this role, he taught Social Studies and worked in the athletic department at Fordson High School. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies from the University of Michigan–Dearborn and a Master of Arts in Athletic Administration from Wayne State University.
Maymon Mustafa

Mr. Maymon Mustafa is a proud product of the Dearborn community. Growing up in the South End, he attended Salina Elementary and graduated from Fordson High School in 1989. He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Science Education, with certification to teach all sciences, and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership—both from Wayne State University.
Mr. Mustafa began his career teaching Chemistry in Southwest Detroit, where he served for
seven years, before returning to Fordson in 2010 to continue teaching Chemistry for three
additional years. In 2013, he transitioned into school leadership, spending the next 11 years as an assistant principal at Fordson High School.
This school year, Mr. Mustafa is excited to begin a new chapter as an assistant principal at
Dearborn High School. He looks forward to working closely with students, staff, and families to foster a positive and successful school community.
Outside of school, Mr. Mustafa enjoys spending time with his wife—who also works in the
district as a paraprofessional—and their three children, Ayman, Mohamed, and Ayah, all proud Fordson graduates. With both his family and professional roots deeply tied to Dearborn, Mr. Mustafa is honored to serve the Dearborn High School community.

Maha Beydoun
Attendance Secretary

Ms. Beydoun joined Dearborn High School in January 2025 as the Secretary of Attendance. She has over a decade of experience in communications, journalism, and academic administration, most recently in Lebanon at the Lebanese University – Faculty of Engineering. There, she collaborated with colleagues to organize international conferences, coordinate media sessions, manage student exchange programs, and contribute to articles, reports, and several edited books.
Earlier, she worked as a freelance journalist and editor for Assafir Newspaper and Student Guide Magazine.
At Dearborn High School, she uses her organizational skills and dedication to clear communication to maintain accurate attendance records and support staff, students, and families. She is fluent in Arabic, French, and English, and values teamwork and fostering a welcoming school environment.
